Definitions

The Participant: Any individual accessing the casino's software, games, or promotional deals.

It is the participant's duty to stay informed about these guidelines, as they can change periodically.
  2. Participation at Cocoa Casino is limited to adults. Individuals must be at least 25 years old to engage. This age limit might vary by local laws, and participants must confirm the legal minimum in their location. The Casino can demand age proof from participants at any point.
  3. Individuals from these countries cannot create accounts at our casino: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Syria, Turkmenistan, and Virgin Islands. Such accounts will be terminated, with all gaming results or balances nullified.

  7. Deposits to the casino require at least one full wager before cashout requests. If not wagered once prior to withdrawal, the casino may impose processing charges on the participant.
  8. Employing electronic, mechanical, automated, or similar tools to make gaming choices automatically is strictly banned. If Cocoa Casino detects such violations, measures may include excluding the participant from promotions or gameplay, seizing net earnings, and sharing details with an industry database of "banned players".
  9. By engaging in any casino game, the participant confirms knowledge of its rules and notes that each game's instructions are accessible via the casino's "help" feature.
  10. Deposits via debit/credit cards might incur extra fees from the participant's card issuer and/or associations, outside the Company's influence. Be aware that foreign transaction charges could apply per deposit, based on the amount, potentially up to 6-8% without limits. These are imposed by processors like VISA and MC, and most banks pass them to customers.
  11. The casino may ask for a Security Verification Form anytime. Failure to submit the form and ID within 30 days risks account suspension and potential loss. In these situations, the casino decides on account funds unilaterally.
  12. For Bitcoin (BTC) deposits, participants must accurately send bitcoins to the cashier-provided address. Each BTC deposit requires starting the process in the cashier for automatic crediting. We handle only Bitcoin and cannot add funds from other cryptocurrencies; e.g., Bitcoin Cash (BCH) transfers won't credit accounts.

Accounts & Passwords

  1. Cocoa Casino allows just one account per individual, home, IP, email, or device across its casinos. Linked accounts may lead to closure and forfeiture of earnings.

  7. Technical issues or glitches may void active bets; the Casino isn't liable for resulting losses, gains, or problems.
  8. Accounts inactive for 90+ days or without bets allow the Casino to seize balances. Post-period cashout requests reviewed case-by-case, with the 90-day rule option.

Promotions and Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. Free and deposit bonuses aren't cashable from the Casino; they extend gameplay only. Bonuses are subtracted before withdrawals.
  2. Bonus funds are cleared at cashout; they're aids for earnings but non-cashable, removed by withdrawal management. Cashback is similarly non-cashable, deductible from pending cashouts.
  3. Bonuses usually need wagering fulfillment before cashouts, unless Casino states otherwise.
  4. Cashback requires 1X wagering; full wagering before withdrawal, max 10X cashback limit. Applies to gifts, comps, free chips; deductible from pending withdrawals.
  5. Tournament/raffle/special promo cashback has 2X max withdrawal, 1X wagering. Bonuses ≥200%, cashback ≥75% are special. Deductible from pending withdrawals. Pending withdrawals or balances >100 $/€/£ disqualify for prizes/cashback.

Special Bonus Terms

5.1. Special Bonus - bonuses ≥200%, cashback ≥100% are special.

  1. Participants must know bonus specifics like wagering, game limits, etc.
  2. To decline bonuses, notify before play; post-wager, complete or zero balance/wagering. Unplayed bonuses removable by support.
  3. Free bonuses (comps, chips, etc.) have unique wagering, max 50 Credits withdrawal; extras cleared. One lifetime free bonus cashout per participant unless manager approves.
  4. Non-depositors withdrawing free wins need prior min 15.00 ($,€,£,AUD, 150 ZAR) deposit, non-cashable/addable to pending. Prior depositors need 30-day deposit for approval, handled similarly. Free bonuses wager 20X-60X unless noted.
